What about the alcohol?

You buy the alcohol from a Saskatchewan retailer, from a buying list made for your menu. We bring everything else.

  • Free buying lists

    We work out what to pick up from your guest count, event length and menu: one list for liquor, wine and beer, and one for dry ingredients and bar products.

  • Store prices

    You pay the store's price for your alcohol, with no markup from us.

  • Unopened bottles

    Many Saskatchewan liquor stores take back unopened bottles and sealed cases with your receipt. Check your store's return policy before you buy.

  • Permits

    Hosting at a hall, rented venue or tent? You'll likely need a Special Occasion Permit from SLGA, in your name, and you buy the alcohol under it.

Questions about Premium full service

How does the custom menu planning work?

It starts with a consultation about your event, your guests and the flavours you like. From there we build your custom menu with you and make your buying list from it.

How many signature drinks are included?

Premium includes up to three drinks on your custom menu, cocktails or mocktails. More can be added for an extra charge, and your estimate includes it.

Can our menu include zero-proof drinks?

Yes. Mocktails can be part of your three menu drinks, and they get the same care as our cocktails. A mocktail service can also be added to any package.

What are premium mixers and elevated garnishes?

Premium adds mixers like diet ginger ale and zero-sugar lemon-lime soda to our standard ones, plus every non-alcoholic ingredient and garnish your custom menu needs. You buy the alcohol for your menu from a Saskatchewan retailer.

Is the bar menu framed?

Premium includes a personalized bar menu. Framed custom bar menus, with your cocktails, event theme and drink names, can be added to any package.

Do I need a liquor permit?

Usually, if your event is at a hall, rented venue, park or tent. The host applies to SLGA for a Special Occasion Permit at least 15 days before the event. Private homes with free drinks and venues with their own liquor licence usually do not need one.
