Our Serve It Right certified bartenders bring the bar to weddings, corporate events and private parties across Saskatchewan, and we run hands-on cocktail classes at your home, office or venue.
What kinds of events do you bartend?

Do you bartend weddings in Regina?
Yes. Weddings are a big part of what Bold & Boozy does in Regina and across Saskatchewan, at halls, venues, acreages and backyards. Choose bartenders for a bar you have ready, a full mobile bar, or a custom cocktail bar with signature drinks planned with you.
Do you travel outside Regina?
Yes. Bold & Boozy is based in Regina and travels to events across Saskatchewan and Alberta, including White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, Lumsden, Regina Beach, Fort Qu'Appelle and Moose Jaw. Travel fees depend on the distance from Regina and are included in your estimate.
Are your bartenders Serve It Right certified?
Yes. Every Bold & Boozy bartender is Serve It Right Saskatchewan certified, and we follow Saskatchewan's liquor rules and responsible service standards at every event. Hannah has over 6 years in the industry, and our team has over 35 years of experience between us.
Booking and prices
How much does a mobile bartender cost in Regina?
Bold & Boozy bar packages start at $450 for Staff only, $750 for Basic full service and $1,000 for Premium full service, plus GST. Every event is priced on its own, so your free pricing estimate gives the price for yours, and you buy the alcohol separately from a Saskatchewan retailer.
How do I book Bold & Boozy?
Send the inquiry form with your date, guest count and a few details about your event. Hannah gets in touch for anything else she needs and sends you a free pricing estimate, usually within 72 hours. Sending the form holds nothing.
What reserves my date?
We hold your date after your consult call, and it is booked once your agreement is signed and your deposit is paid. Sending the form and getting your pricing estimate are free.
How far in advance should I book a bartender?
Book Bold & Boozy at least four weeks ahead if you can. Our books open 12 months out, and after your consult call we can hold a date up to 18 months ahead. Planning something two or three weeks away? Get in touch and we will tell you if we are available.
The alcohol and permits
Do you supply the alcohol?
No. In Saskatchewan the event host buys the alcohol from a Saskatchewan retailer, and we run the bar. Every package comes with free buying lists for your liquor, wine and beer, and for dry ingredients when we aren't providing them, based on your guest count, event length and menu. Unopened bottles and sealed cases can sometimes be returned with your receipt, depending on the store's policy.
What is a dry hire bar?
A dry hire bar means you buy the alcohol and the bartending company brings everything else. Bold & Boozy works this way at every event: you buy the alcohol from a Saskatchewan retailer, using the free buying list we send, and we bring the bartenders and everything your package includes.
Do I need a liquor permit for my event in Saskatchewan?
Usually, if your event is at a hall, rented venue, park or tent: the host applies to SLGA for a Special Occasion Permit at least 15 days before the event. Private homes with drinks free to guests, and venues with their own liquor licence, usually do not need one.
Can you get the permit for me?
No. A Special Occasion Permit is issued to the event host, in the host's name, so you apply to SLGA yourself. Our permit guide walks you through it.
What happens to leftover alcohol?
It stays yours, since you bought it. Many Saskatchewan liquor stores take back unopened bottles and sealed cases with your receipt, so check your store's return policy before you buy.
Packages and drinks
What's the difference between your bar packages?
Staff only, from $450, brings our professional bartenders to a bar you have ready. Basic full service, from $750, adds bar setup, cups, ice, mixers, standard garnishes and a bar menu, so you only buy the alcohol. Premium full service, from $1,000, adds a custom menu of up to three signature drinks planned with you, premium mixers and elevated garnishes.
How many bartenders do I need for 100 guests?
Plan on at least two bartenders for 100 guests. One Bold & Boozy bartender serves about 45 to 50 guests, and we usually send at least two to any event so the bar runs smoothly and safely. Hannah confirms the right number for your menu and timeline in your free estimate.
How many bartenders will I need?
It depends on your guest count, how long the bar is open and what you are serving. One bartender serves about 45 to 50 guests, but a mobile bar is more than pouring, so we usually send at least two bartenders, whatever the size of your event, for smooth service and our team's safety. Hannah recommends the number with your free estimate.
Do you make mocktails and zero-proof drinks?
Yes. Our zero-proof drinks, like the strawberry peach soda and the mint refresher, get the same care as our cocktails, and a mocktail service can be added to any package.
Can we have a signature cocktail?
Yes. Custom signature cocktails can be added to any package. Premium full service includes up to three drinks on a custom menu planned with you.
Cocktail classes
What happens at a cocktail class?
A Bold & Boozy bartender comes to your home, office or venue in Regina and leads your group through making two or three cocktails: shaking, stirring, muddling, balancing and garnishing, with recipes to take home. Choose from four classes, or have one built around your group.
How much does a cocktail class cost in Regina?
Bold & Boozy cocktail classes start at $300 for up to four guests, plus GST, with everything provided except the alcohol. More guests can join for an added cost each, and your free estimate gives the price for your group.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Every guest who makes or tastes the cocktails must be 19 or older.
Who buys the alcohol for a class?
You do, from a Saskatchewan retailer, using the list we send for your class. We bring everything else: the tools, the mixers, syrups and garnishes, and the know-how.
Still have a question?
We usually reply within 72 hours. Your pricing estimate is free, and sending the form holds nothing.
