How booking with Bold & Boozy works, what our prices cover, the alcohol and responsible service, and the terms for using this website.
The short version
Free to ask
Sending the form and getting your pricing estimate are free, and the form holds nothing.
Booking your date
We hold your date after your consult call. It's booked once your agreement is signed and your deposit is paid.
You buy the alcohol
You buy it from a Saskatchewan retailer, under your own permit if your event needs one. We don't sell or supply alcohol.
Responsible service
We check ID, never serve anyone under 19, and stop service for anyone who has had enough.

Get your free estimate
Your pricing estimate is free, and the form holds nothing.
Your estimate gives the price for your event. We hold your date after your consult call, and it's booked once your agreement is signed and your deposit is paid.
Book at least four weeks ahead if you can; two or three weeks may work, depending on availability. Our books open 12 months out, and after a consult call we can hold a date up to 18 months ahead.
Prices and payment
- Starting prices
- Bar packages start at $450 for Staff only, $750 for Basic full service and $1,000 for Premium full service. Cocktail classes start at $300 for up to four guests. GST is added to every invoice.
- Your estimate
- Every event is priced on its own. Your free estimate sets out the price for your date, guest count and package.
- Payment
- Your deposit, when the balance is due and how to pay are set out in your booking agreement.
- Changes and cancellations
- How to move or cancel a booking, and what happens to your deposit, are set out in your booking agreement.
- Travel
- We're based in Regina and travel to events across Saskatchewan and Alberta. Travel fees depend on the distance from Regina and are included in your estimate.
- Extras
- Glassware rental, extra menu drinks and other extras are priced in your estimate.
The alcohol and your event
You buy the alcohol
You buy all the alcohol for your event from a Saskatchewan liquor retailer. For bar service, we send a free buying list so you know what to pick up.
Your permit
If your event needs a Special Occasion Permit, it's in your name and getting it is your responsibility. Our permit guide explains the basics; it's general information, not legal advice.

We check ID, never serve anyone under 19, and stop service for anyone who has had enough. We follow Saskatchewan's liquor rules and responsible service standards, every bartender is Serve It Right certified, and your booking agreement sets out the details.
Cocktail classes
Every guest who makes or tastes the cocktails must be 19 or older. You buy the alcohol for your class from a Saskatchewan retailer, and we bring everything else.
